How long am I able to keep the cakes / treats I have ordered?

All cakes / treats should be kept airtight in the fridge and should be consumed within 3 days. 



Am I able to attach a note together with the bakes I have ordered?

YES! Please type your note in the "add a note" tab before checkout. 

What is the cut off time to place an order?

We encourage customers to place orders 3 days before their desired delivery date to give us sufficient time to prepare. For customised orders, we encourage customers to place orders 1 month in advance.  



How do I place an order to be delivered to multiple locations?

If you would like to place and order to be delivered to multiple locations, please make separate transactions with the different delivery addresses. Please also add the the recipient's NAME and CONTACT number.  

Is delivery available?

Yes. Islandwide delivery is available. Click on our delivery tab to find out your delivery fee! 

Am I able to choose a delivery date?

Yes please indicate your preferred date of delivery before you add your order to cart. 

Am i able to choose a delivery time?

Selecting a fixed delivery time is not available. Our deliveries are done between 10am-6pm daily. 



Are you able to customise stickers if i have a bulk order?

Yes. We are able to help you customise stickers/tags for your orders however, charges do apply

Is SERENITY.bykcakes available for bulk purchases?

YES! SERENITY.bykcakes was introduced as we noticed that majority of customers from Kc.akes ordered from us to gift their friends/ for corporate events/ babyshower/ bridesmaid's gifts. SERENITY.bykcakes consists of specially curated boxes suited to each individuals needs!

Do you provide dessert table set up?

We don’t at the moment, but we will try our best to cater to your requests (drop us a message!). We’re able to cater to your cake and sweet treat requests. While we don’t have packages available as of now, each item will be priced at $3/4 depending on the item you prefer. Please drop us an enquiry for a quote!



How is payment made?

After submitting your order, please transfer the total amount via PAYNOW with your first name and last name to 96368473 and send a screenshot of your receipt to the same number with your order number. We will track the status of payment and you will receive an invoice after payment has been successful. Please ensure that payment is made within 12 hours from when the order is placed. 


Cancellation Policy

No cancellations are permitted once payment is confirmed, except for address changes.
